What to Expect During Sessions:
Initial Consultation: During the first meeting, the therapist will likely ask about your background, struggles, and your faith journey. This is a chance to see how comfortable you are with the integration of faith in therapy.
Ongoing Therapy:
In future sessions, you may explore mental health topics in depth while considering how your Christian beliefs relate to those areas. You might be asked to reflect on or apply Bible verses to your current challenges.
Homework or Spiritual Practices:

You may be encouraged to engage in spiritual practices like prayer, journaling, or meditation on specific Bible verses between sessions.
Questions to Ask a Christian Therapist:
Taking the time to find a therapist that fits your values and needs is important. It’s totally okay to ask these questions upfront to see if my approach resonates with you.
